What we store
- Your email address, display name, and optional avatar.
- What you post, react to, vote on, RSVP to, and enter.
- Your membership status and payment records (amount, date, PayPal reference). Card and bank details stay with PayPal — we never see them.
- Which drops you've watched or listened to, so we can suggest what's next.
What we don't do
No ad tracking, no selling or renting your data, no third-party advertising cookies.
We send sign-in emails, receipts and account notices, plus the notifications and newsletter you choose. Change your choices anytime in Account → Email preferences, or use the unsubscribe link in any newsletter.
Phone and app notifications
Anyone can add S4TF to their home screen. Phone notifications go only to the artist's team and moderators who turn them on; fans never receive push notifications. Staff can turn alerts off anytime in Admin → Alerts or in their device's settings.
Deleting your data
Delete your account anytime in Account → Danger zone, or ask at support@s4tf.com. Your profile, posts, votes and entries are erased right away. Payment records are kept as the law requires.
